For The Community

The Florida Stroke Registry (FSR) uses data collected from stroke centers across the state to help drive improvements in the quality of care for stroke patients.  FSR efforts extend beyond the hospital as we work FOR THE COMMUNITY.  In this section, we aim to provide the community tools and knowledge to empower those in their health journey.
