Find another picture for ” Tracking Data to Save Lives”; it looks like a bank worker not sure it’s the best image to match the title- saving lives could be an image along with data collection image or person image more aligned to the title.
Also from a grammar point of view: “through our data we are able to:” Compare not comparing.. Find not finding and Inform not informing,
I would emphasize FSR brings together a network of healthcare professional, hospitals, EMS, etc to talk with each other including victims of stoke and family members to help identify barriers and gaps post discharge for patients.
In addition, it raises the voice for aphasia patients and those that are going through rehabilitation via it’s network and the research conducted by its members.
… these are some rambling thoughts.. for consideration.I really appreciate this! So many people ask about FSR, and this is gives an excellent summary. I would suggest a web address for FSR under the “Staying Connected to the Community” section – perhaps linking directly to the Community page. It would provide instant access to the resources available on that page. Thank you for putting this together!
