Hosted by the Florida Stroke Registry’s Dr. Nicole B. Sur, we will discuss two late-breaking trials presented at the International Stroke Conference in February 2024. The STOP CAD trial, now published in the journal Stroke, compared antiplatelets versus anticoagulation for treating cervical artery dissection. The ZODIAC trial investigated the effect of head positioning on outcomes in patients with large vessel occlusion stroke.
